Over the years dhf has evolved from its beginnings in 1897 as a trade association representing the locks and building hardware industry, to representing six major industries.  Because of this, each industry has its own dedicated group.

dhf has two groups associated with doorsets; Timber Doorsets & Metal Doorsets.  All doorsets provided by dhf members are fit for purpose as well as being extremely versatile and can be used in multiple applications.

Our aims are to:

• Continually strive to promote the benefits and ultimate cost savings of choosing doorsets
• Provide solutions specific to the application that meet ‘Approved Documents’ standards as issued by Government.
• Supply doorsets that meet latest safety compliance as well as legislation.
• Provide support and advice to the trade and the consumer.
