This CSCS card provision is for those who work with industrial doors, domestic garage doors, automated gates & traffic barriers and metal or timber fire doors. This scheme is run in partnership with ADSA (Automatic Door Suppliers Association), so if you require a CSCS card for working with automatic pedestrian doors, either solely or including the products listed above, and you wish to have just one card, then please visit the ADSA website to apply for your CSCS card.
For clarity with all cards requiring additional evidence, for instance a dhf valid certificate, you will need the relevant certificate for whichever product area you work within. So, if you work on both gates and industrial doors you will need to show that you have passed two courses, one for industrial & garage doors and one for automated gates & traffic barriers.
As part of this scheme some cards require you to have attended and passed a dhf approved training course. The approved training courses are listed below. Should you need to attend a course please visit the training pages of this site to find a relevant course for Automated Gates and/or Industrial & Garage doors or visit the BRE Academy to book on to the relevant fire door course. If your certificate or diploma is about to expire then please click here and log in to take your refresher course.
